ACE:
Aging Care for Elders
Replacing nursing homes with independent, community-based living. A revolutionary approach to aging with dignity, connection, and purpose.
This Vision Was Born From Love.
My grandmother, Carrie Ward, was the only grandparent I ever had. I watched her care for my great-grandmother until the day she passed at 103 years old.
Because of that experience, I have never had a family member in a nursing home. As my elders have aged, they have aged in place—surrounded by family, dignity, and the freedom to live life on their own terms.
"This is something that is deeply important to me. As a real estate agent, I see so many clients forced to downsize because their home has too many stairs, keeping them in solitude, handicapped from doing things for themselves that a single-level property would allow."
There are enough of us in the world who have a Carrie Ward in our lives—someone who inspired us, who showed us what care looks like, who deserves more than an institution in their final chapter.
ACE exists because I believe our elders deserve to live a life worth living for as long as possible—on their own terms, in an environment that allows them to thrive.
A Holistic Approach to Aging
ACE reimagines elder care as a continuum—not an institution. A campus-style community where independence, connection, and dignity are preserved at every stage.
Independent Living
Single-level homes designed for freedom and mobility. Elders live independently while being part of a vibrant community, building relationships with peers, and thriving on their own terms.
Assisted Living
When mobility or daily activities become more difficult, residents transition to supportive care—while remaining active, engaged, and connected. Help with what's hard, freedom in everything else.
Harmony & Transition
When the time comes, residents are cared for with humanity, dignity, and peace. A focus on harmony in life's final chapter—surrounded by nature, family, and love.
A Holistic Transitioning Campus
While ACE is still in its feasibility stage, this is the vision—a campus where elders can age with dignity, surrounded by nature and community.
Advocating for Natural Transition
The long-term vision of ACE includes the ability for those who have passed to be laid to rest in our orchard or forest—allowing for natural decomposition and a return to the earth.
At this time, the state of Massachusetts does not allow for natural decomposition. Tayla André is actively advocating for this to change—not only for ACE, but for all individuals seeking a more holistic approach to transitioning.
Help Build This Future.
ACE needs visionaries, advocates, and supporters who believe our elders deserve better. Whether through donations, partnerships, or simply spreading the word—you can be part of this change.
